How do I filter by event status?

Steps

  1. Open the Calendar.
  2. Select the status filter.
  3. Toggle on or off: Live, On Hold, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed, Closed, Released.

What do the different event statuses mean?

Every event in ShoSoft carries one of seven statuses:

  • On Hold: tentatively scheduled. An event is considered “On Hold” after it’s initially created. Assign it a space to confirm it.
  • Confirmed: booked and happening.
  • Live: event is currently happening.
  • Canceled: cancelled after being booked.
  • Completed: the event has happened but hasn’t been fully paid out yet.
  • Closed: the event has happened and is fully paid out.
  • Released: a date that was previously held but is now available again.
