How do I add an event producer?

An event producer is a client you’ve invited to collaborate directly inside ShoSoft. They get scoped access to specific parts of an event without using one of your team seats.

Steps

  1. Go to My Venue > Event Producers.
  2. Click Add Producer.
  3. Enter the event producer’s name and contact details.
  4. Create.
  5. An invitation to join ShoSoft will be sent to the producer’s email. They will have to accept the invitation to collaborate within ShoSoft.
